Enjoying a balmy January Sunday in Florida today, I want to honor the Snowbirds! To the folks who literally ‘fly’ south for winter… I totally get it!! Well, maybe I get it in theory… I have had the privilege of living in a mild/tropical climate since birth. I hope that I do not, but I probably take it for granted, how lucky I am to have been born to this coastal balminess.
Of course I have been to and spent time in cold weather places. But, I always go ‘home’ and home is always warmer than other places.
This week we celebrated the Snowbird Fest in Gulf Shores. I want to personally thank all of the Snowbirds for being wonderful and repeat patrons of LuLu’s. We absolutely LOVE having you and truly enjoy your company. We are so happy to be your warmer weather refuge during the cold winter months and beyond.
